Stormy Sky, Swimmer Returning to Shore – Original Panel Painting (Big Skies #2)
A tiny painting of a Big Sky by Andrea Hall.
Dark clouds gather and shift above restless water, the air heavy with the promise of rain. A swimmer makes their way back to shore, that familiar moment when the sky turns and the world feels just a little wilder.
There’s a contrast here between movement and stillness – the pull of the water behind, the land ahead, and the sky doing its own thing entirely.
Painted from life and memory, inspired by those warm heavy, changeable days when the elements refuse to settle.
Hand-painted in acrylic gouache on a small 4" wooden panel and finished with a high gloss varnish, this is a one-of-a-kind original.
