Shipping policy
All online orders (with the exception of printed-to-order and made-to-order items) are packaged, dispatched, returned and exchanged from our studio at Church Fenton, North Yorkshire UK. The other items are processed and dispatched directly from our suppliers.

Our delivery partner is the Royal Mail. We offer their 1st Class service for Standard Delivery, Tracked 48 for our Tracked service, and Tracked 24 for our express service.
In the UK you will get automatic FREE delivery on orders over £25.

Please allow 10 working days plus the service time for your order to be delivered before contacting us.
Delivery time does not include order processing time.
- All services are available Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- We will endeavour to process your order on the same day if ordered before 12 noon. Orders placed after 12 noon Friday and before midday on Monday will be processed on the Monday (excluding public holidays).

We cannot offer express delivery to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and other postcodes outside mainland Britain. - Delivery in the UK on all orders over £25 is free.
- Sometimes we split your order across more than one delivery (because we don’t want to squash your order), but we’ll only charge you once.
- Occasionally we may be away at swim events. In these circumstances it may take a few days longer than usual to despatch your order.
